According to Red Poker, the Spanish-dedicated information portal, the customers of party, who hold accounts with partypoker and bwin have received their notifications that only one account may be kept by them while the other one must remain closed.

The account you have at partypoker has been closed with us and in compliance with the legislation we are due to inform you.
Per operator the record must be unique as stated in the Gambling Act and the compliance deadline is Feb 1.
Since the brands our company operates on the market with are partypoker, bwin and binguez, it is implied by the legal requirement that only with partypoker / binguez or bwin can our users open an account. binguez and partypoker share a platform.
We are forced for this reason alone to close one of your accounts as you have opened two accounts with us. The account you have at bwin we have deemed to be the most suitable. Effective today, we have started the procedure of closing your partypoker account.
Please contact us through e-mail should you decide to keep the partypoker account and close the bwin account instead.
