Scientific Games, the firm for gaming solutions, has decided to consolidate under one umbrella its subsidiaries The Global Draw, Games Media and Barchest.
As executive Chairman, Steve Frater will lead the formed recently SG Gaming, together with the chief executive officer Ian Timmis, the chief operating officer Robert White and the chief technology officer Gareth Phillips.
The headquarters of SG gaming is in Feltham, London. It has offices in the Midlands and Manchester and with its offices in Mexico and Puerto Rico it will also hold an international presence.
The existing managing directors will continue to lead the four business sectors – for Interactive Alex Stephens, for the Global Draw Phil Horne and for pub, bingo and arcade, Chris Sullivan, InterGame reports.
Their expertise and core strengths we are able to combine further in order to create internationally a powerful force. To remain at the forefront of this business we are fully committed as our industry continues to evolve. Our world class selection of products, training and content, which we present to our customers can be expanded by bringing under one division these three businesses together. Their players will ultimately benefit from this," Frater said.
The desire to exceed our stakeholders' expectations is what ultimately drives us, no matter if they are our customers, employees or the end consumer. The establishment of one brand will allow us to act on one vision and offer across the business a consistent expertise," added he.
