An online gambling solution opportunities explored by GEObet for tribe

OnThursday, the GEObet Gambling Network made public its desire to explore the Saskatchewan First Nation's opportunities for the development of a solution for online gambling, which will extend the operational reach of the network Saskatchewan First Nation Gaming in the Saskatchewan Canadian province.

Several presentations have been made by GEObet, including the Prince Albert's Sascatchewan Special Indian Gaming Assembly. The i-gaming expectations of the Saskatchewan First Nations'are expected to be met and exceeded by all parties.

"Online opportunities are being explored by us in order to generate funds for our communities and provide for our members employment and business opportunities. By exercising our Constitutional and Inherent rights, we are doing this," said the White Bear First Nation's former chief, Bernie Shepherd. He was also the Canada's first Indian owned land-based casino's founder in 2026.

More than 4 million guests on an annual basis are being entertained by Saskatchewan's First Nations Casinos.

"Losing our substantial customer numbers for the land-based casino to online operators offshore is simply not something the First Nation casinos can afford," added the CEO of GEObet Gerry Gionet. "A turnkey i-gaming solution has been developed consequently by us that will allow Saskatchewan First Nations to establish smoothly and quickly an online presence."

Shepherd continued his speech with comments on the recent US developments: "Prepared by the Indian Affairs Senate Committee i-gaming bill draft is on behalf of our southern relatives a unified and positive step. They are on their path to self-sustainability and self-governance."
