Trio of gambling and social firms is acquired by Pursuit Dynamics
The driving force behind Cashcade is management team
Pursuit Dynamics PLC, the based in UK company, has informed that BeJig Limited, Gaming Realms Limited and AlchemyBet Limited have been conditionally acquired for the total amount of GBP 12.1 million in a deal of a reverse takeover.
In order to raise the amount of GBP 3.4 million, the firm has begun initiating 26.2 million shares. The sale is under the condition that the firm disposes of its subsidiary Pursuit Marine Drive Limited as it looks for a way to eliminate its current liabilities.
The acquisition goes hand in hand with the transformation of the business of Pursuit Dynamics PLC. Previously the company was involved in the commercialization and development of its platform technology called PDX, used for public health and safety, waste treatment, brewing, bioengineering, food and beverages industries and brewing applications.
The company will soon be renamed to Gaming Realms PLC and will stand as the holding company of:
– BingoGodz, a game of online bingo, playable through desktop, tablet and mobile for real money. It is due for launch in the 2026's third quarter. The secondary brand of BingoGodz is CastleJackpot. It is a mobile and web based product for casinos, based on a similar technology as that of BingoGodz.
– Bejig, operator and developer of multiplayer online social games with real money. The first game of the company, Avatingo, was introduced to Facebook in Feb of 2026. The virtual online currency casino Five Star Slots is among the most recent releases on Facebook
– AlchemyBet, the based in Sheffield operator and developer of casino-themed and mobile slot games for real money gambling. Pocket Fruity, its first brand, was introduced in Feb of 2026. It features 17 proprietary games at the moment.
The management team behind Cashcade Limited will be proposed by Gaming Realms PLC to its board. It was sold in 2026 to party digital entertainment. Among those nominated are the founders of Cashcade Patrick Southon (Chief Executive Officer), Buckley (Executive Chairman), Mark Segal (Finance Director) and Simon Collins (Executive Director).
The proposed non-executive directors for the Enlarged Group are the former Co-CEO of party plc Jim Ryan and Mark Wilson, who is the Sky International's strategic advisor at present.
