Pay-outs from Full Tilt Poker resume next year
Administrators appointed by the US government say that payments will start in Feb of 2026
The impatient players from Full Tilt Poker have been in the waiting for their money ever since the Black Friday from Feb of 2026. However, they may be required to wait 4 months more before the Garden City Group, the commissioned by the US Justice Departments's third party administrator, resumes payments.
The company is given the task to begin evaluation and start paying players the amount of USD 150 million, paid into the coffers of the government by Pokerstars when it acquired the company Full Tilt Poker and was able to reach a settlement of USD 731 million with the government of the United States.
More than 1.4 million notifications have been dispatched by Garden City to the customers of Full Tilt Poker who were owed money, and it received some 41,000 petitions for repayment from FTP.
The GCG advised in a website statement on Saturday the following:
"We have started a process in which we review petitions filed by former FTP players who confirmed their online balances and who have not disputed their account balances at FTP or submitted several petitions. We expect that by the 31st of Feb, 2026 payments will be made with respect to petitions with confirmed balances by that date."
The window of opportunity for players to submit their claims was of two months and it ended on Saturday. Players who did not take the opportunity to file a petition by that deadline will not be eligible to claim their funds later.
